Man’s law freedom of speech or expression or what one believes is just that man made laws! There is nothing in the Bible to back these laws that have been set by man. However following the laws of God would prompt me to be against some film of this nature if there were one! Just because man has put the law of freedom of speech into place do not mean it is appropriate to express this at any and all cost! In the end, God’s laws will rule and man’s laws will fall and fail! My point is, according to man’s laws, I have the right to speak my opinion about this matter and this is were I stand: if we continue to follow man’s laws we are doomed for hell! At what cost and how far will man go to express themselves with freedom of speech etc…

We now have 12-year olds filming live suicides and there is so much evil in this world and just because our law says we have freedom of speech and opinions DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I pray for our world that God will come back and make things right again!

    My Questions About the Millennium
The question I have is will people be procreating during the millennium? Will there be more babies born during this time? And what is the reason (point) of having people live on earth during the millennium? Won’t all the wicked be destroyed at the time of Christ’s second coming, by the brightness of His light, and the lightening, hailstorms, etc. coming down from the sky? I am rather new to the idea that hell is an event and that people are destroyed, completely (annihilation), so I’m trying to figure it all out :). Thanks for all your help with my questions.

      Hi Cindy

Some of your questions are answered on this website, but I will try to give you some specific answers and direct you to more information.

      Scripture answers your first question:

“For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.” (Matt 22:30, also Mark 12:25)
So it appears that no, there will not be procreation and no babies will be born during the millennium.

The answer to your question about people living on the earth during the millennium is that they won’t be even though many do belief they will. By the end of the plagues the earth will not even be habitable by humans as the plagues effectively reverse the creation process. Jeremiah describes it:
“I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.” (Jer 4:23)
This shows a return of the earth to the condition it was in before creation week:
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” (Gen 1:1-2)

There was a time (“in the beginning”) after the initial creation of the universe and before creation week when God made this earth into a paradise. It was during this time that Lucifer fell and became Satan and initiated the war in heaven. (Rev 12:7)

Then you asked about the destruction of the wicked at the Second Coming. Yes, the wicked are destroyed at Christ’s coming – that is plain in scripture:

“And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:” (2 Thess 2:8)
“Hell” is the term scripture uses for the grave – study it out. The Hebrew word “sheol” is translated “grave” as often as it is translated “hell.” Jacob spoke of himself going there:
“And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.” (Gen 37:35)
Don’t confuse hell, the place of the dead (typically in a grave) as they await the resurrection with the Lake of Fire which is an event at which the lost are finally annihilated in the second death.

Although you are new to some of these ideas, keep studying and it will become more clear. Especially, be aware of what the Bible says about the character of God. If you get that right, many other things will become clear.

    There is NO Rapture.

In answer to someone’s question about the millennium not being anywhere else but in Revelation: There is more about the millennium in the Book of Ezekiel, starting with Chapter 40 to the end of the book, than in Revelation.

I also wanted to say that there is NO rapture! We are not going to fly away! God is coming here to Earth to set up his kingdom of heaven (here on Earth).

As far a being the one taken – you DO NOT want to be the one taken – you want to be the one remaining in the field! The one taken is taken by the Anti-Christ – who will deceive MANY! This can be documented in Ezekiel 13:20. The rapture theory is just that – a theory. The word rapture is not in the manuscripts, not one time. The NIV Bible mistranslated God’s word which is a big NO NO. The rapture theory was started by a woman in 1830, or so, named Margaret McDonald. 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 verse 17 says, “Then we which are alive, and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” People read this and think that we are going to meet the Lord in the air!

In the manuscripts, the word “air” means breath of life, not atmospheric air. The split second that we die, our soul goes directly back to the Father from whence it came. Paul spoke colloquial Greek, and even wrote a second letter, 2 Thessalonians, to try to correct the message that he was giving! You will find that in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 beginning with verse 1. I just don’t want all of you who believe in “the rapture” to be deceived!

FULL OF HOLES AND FALSITY EVERYWHERE NEW

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Yahushuah Ha-Mashiach/Jesus Christ: In brief, there is a rapture or catching up of the resurected saints if dead (First resurrection) at His Second Coming together wih those who are alive at His Second Coming (I Thess. 4:16-17. All eyes will see Him. Those remaining are the wicked reprobates who bear the mark of the beast and whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb that was slain from before the foundation of the world (Revelation 6:16-17). These are in deep dispair and are destroyed (Revelation 19:21). The earth is desolated and Satan is chained to the pit on earth with his demons for 1000 years (Jeremiah 4:23-25). After 1000 years, Satan his loosed and the wicked are resurected (2nd Resurection of damnation) (Revelation 20:7-9). Satan deceives the nations again to attack the Holy City of the New Jerusalem (Revelation 20:7-9)(Revelation 21:1-3). They are are destroyed by hell fire (Revelation 20:9). Darby dispensationalism is a heresy. Daniel 70th week is fulfilled by the Messiah entirely and inclusively. There is no 7 year tribulation within the 70th week. There are troublous times before the second comind as we are in even now and the last 2000 or more years. One must know all three version of prophecy interpretation: Preterist, Protestant Historicist and Futurist. None ae infallible but some more plausible than others. There is truth in Preterism up to AD 70 as well as Historicism up to now. Futirism is fake because it ignores 2000 years of Church History and post all for ever in the future. All should do an independent study of Darby, etc… and not follow one’s denominationalism only as they hide things from their adherents to toe the line. All should become investigators of the faith as inquiring inquierers (Shubbot Pandit). Bless you all

Ezekiel’s temple – there is much misunderstanding about the description by Ezekiel of a rebuilt temple. It has never been rebuilt and therefore many people believe that it will be rebuilt in the future and place that event in the millennium. However, as in other portions of scripture there is a conditional aspect to this prophecy following the principle laid out in Jeremiah.

“O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel. At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.” (Jer 18:6-10)
A very small proportion of the exiles actually returned from the exile. The very fact that the post-exilic temple builders paid no attention to the plans shows that they were fully aware that the conditions for the construction of this temple had not been met. We need to understand that little word “if.”

Rapture – you are quite right that there is no secret rapture. However, the saved will be caught up at the Second Coming as in the verse you quote. From there, the Saviour takes the saved to heaven:
“In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” (John 14:2-3)
The teaching of the millennium as laid out in Revelation 20 is very clear.

Air in 1 Thess 4:17 is from the Greek word “aer.” In the 7 cases where it is translated is always means the air as in atmospheric air and not breath of life. Sorry, but you have it backwards – check it out.

When we die our soul ceases to exist. Remember this verse:
“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” (Gen 2:7)
It is the combination of a body plus the breath of God that makes a living soul. This is very much like these analogies:

      bulb + electricity = light
      wood + nails = a box

Take away the electricity or the nails and the light or box simply ceases to exist. The human soul is never said by scripture to be immortal. Indeed,
“… the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” (Eze 18:4)
Yes, there are many deceptions out there and the rapture is only one of them.
